Service Technician SHK (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• You will carry out maintenance, servicing and repair work on building services equipment such as heating systems, plumbing installations, combined heat and power units and air-conditioning units
• You’ll commission heating systems and sanitary facilities and carry out their servicing
• You’ll check system parameters and processes to ensure they’re functioning correctly
• In the event of faults, you’ll carry out mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and rectify the faults
• You will optimise existing systems to ensure energy-efficient operation
• You will advise and support customers directly on site
• You will carry out heating optimisations and heating system replacements – for example, with heat pumps or pellet heating systems – including installation and commissioning
• You will maintain heating systems and rectify any faults that arise
• You will rectify faults and breakdowns quickly, thereby ensuring the smooth operation of the systems
• You will maintain plumbing systems and repair them as required
• Thanks to your work, customers will be able to make full use of their systems again

What we’re looking for

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a plant mechanic for plumbing, heating and air-conditioning technology (m/f/d), a central heating and ventilation engineer (m/f/d) or a gas and water plumber (m/f/d)
• You have practical experience in the maintenance and repair of heating and plumbing systems
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting forms the basis of your day-to-day work
• You are familiar with common heating systems from well-known manufacturers such as Weishaupt or Viessmann
• You have a basic command of spoken German (minimum level)
• A valid work permit is required
• A valid driving licence is essential for you
