• You will be responsible for the care and treatment of residents in an empathetic and responsible manner
• You will be responsible for administering medication, checking vital signs and providing wound care and will carry out these tasks safely
• You will support residents with their personal hygiene and food intake
• In close collaboration with doctors, therapists and other specialists in a cooperative and coordinated manner
• you will provide information and advice to relatives and ensure clear, respectful communication
• you will carefully plan, coordinate and document care measures, thereby contributing to the quality of care

• A degree as a nursing specialist (m/f/d), geriatric nurse (m/f/d), nurse (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have already gained professional experience in outpatient care
• You have a good command of German and a valid work permit
• You are characterised by your social skills and empathy and you treat residents and relatives with respect
• You have strong teamwork and cooperation skills and you work reliably in an interdisciplinary environment
