You will be responsible for the independent preparation and precise processing of various samples for subsequent in-depth analyses in a modern laboratory environment. You will also be responsible for the reliable performance of routine and emergency analyses in the fields of clinical chemistry and immunohaematology. Furthermore, you will oversee the professionalensuring the supply of required blood units from the internal blood bank to affiliated medical facilities. Your duties also include the continuous monitoring and assessment of all test results using modern and, in some cases, fully automated analytical instruments. As part of your role, you will assist with the professional preparation and regular maintenance of the highly sensitive laboratory equipment, as well as the necessary quality control procedures. Furthermore, you will assist with the technical approval of quality-relevant measurement results whilst strictly adhering to all specified internal and external quality standards

• You have completed a vocational qualification as a Medical Technologist for Laboratory Analysis (m/f/d), a Medical Laboratory Technician (m/f/d) or a Medical Assistant (m/f/d)
• You also have some relevant professional experience in a laboratory setting, or, as a motivated newcomer (m/f/d) or someone returning to the workforce (m/f/d), you are looking for a new challenge
• Your confident use of modern analytical equipment and standard IT systems in a laboratory environment sets you apart in your day-to-day work
• You have native-level written and spoken German to ensure smooth documentation and confident communication within the team
• Furthermore, you bring a high sense of responsibility and a very precise, structured and independent approach to your work, combined with a strong team spirit
• To fulfil this role of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be permanently resident in Germany
