Job description

  • You are responsible for the operational purchasing of materials, components and purchased parts
  • You are also responsible for scheduling and order processing including deadline tracking, delivery monitoring etc
  • You take care of price and condition negotiations
  • You contribute to the further development of purchasing processes

Requirements

  • You have completed training as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally, you have professional experience in purchasing, ideally in an industrial or technical environment
  • You are confident in using MS Office and the ERP system
  • You are characterised by a good command of written and spoken German
  • Reliability, team spirit and strong negotiation and communication skills speak in your favour
  • your analytical thinking, structured way of working and a high level of initiative round off your profile
