• You set up and operate non-cutting metalworking machines during production
• You reliably load and unload the finished sheet metal from the machine
• You carry out quality control on the finished parts and inspect them using suitable measuring equipment
• You will pack, label and palletise goods for dispatch
• You will ensure your workstation is tidy and clean
• You will carry out minor repairs and maintenance work on the machines independently
• You monitor material replenishment and set-up procedures and adjust the machine settings as required
• You document production and quality data and report any anomalies to your line managers

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification in sheet metal working; alternatively, you have many years’ practical experience in operating machinery
• You possess the technical and spatial understanding required to set up and operate metalworking machinery
• You demonstrate a high standard of quality awareness and are confident in using standard measuring equipment
• You have a basic command of spoken German (minimum level)
• A valid work permit is required
• Working meticulously and reliably is second nature to you, even when carrying out repetitive tasks
