Your responsibilities

• You’ll provide basic care for residents in their own homes, responding sensitively to their individual needs
• You’ll actively assist with washing, dressing and personal hygiene
• You’ll play an active role in mealtimes, helping residents to eat and drink
• Minor domestic tasks such as tidying up or preparing meals are also part of your duties
• You will maintain care records carefully and conscientiously

What we are looking for

• Ideally, you will have completed vocational training as a care assistant (m/f/d), care aide (m/f/d), care assistant (m/f/d), specialist care assistant (m/f/d), nursing support assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You hold the LG1 qualification for basic care
• A good command of spoken German and a valid work permit are part of your profile
• You hold a valid driving licence
• Treating people in need of care with empathy and respect comes naturally to you
• You are known for your careful and conscientious approach to your work
