• You will produce high-quality photo, video and graphic content for social media, websites and other digital channels
• Developing authentic stories, reports and staff profiles, and bringing them to life through storytelling, will also form part of your role
• You will cover events, projects and construction sites with photo and video documentation, including live content and follow-up reports
• You will independently plan, publish and maintain content on social media channels
• You will actively manage the community and respond to comments and enquiries
• You will develop and design creative content formats and contribute to editorial and communication initiatives
• You will regularly update and maintain websites, event content and image databases
• You will analyse reach, engagement and content performance to ensure the continuous development of our communications work
• where required, you will use drone footage to supplement visual material
• you will coordinate content and schedules with colleagues and the relevant departments

• You have completed a vocational training programme or a degree in media, communication, marketing or a similar field
• You have already gained relevant professional experience in the areas of content creation, social media or online communication
• You have experience in creating content tailored to specific target audiences for digital channels
• You are confident in using photo, video and graphic production tools, as well as standard editing software
• You are proficient in using social media platforms, content management systems and Microsoft Office
• Basic knowledge of SEO, reach analysis and content performance is an asset; knowledge of drone photography is an advantage
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You hold a driving licence to enable flexible working arrangements
• You are resident in Germany and hold a valid work and residence permit for Germany
