• As the key link between landlords and tenants, you ensure smooth communication between both parties
• As part of day-to-day property and tenancy management, you manage, advise and mediate
• You take independent responsibility for individual landlords:or entire residential complexes under your own responsibility
• You identify potential conflicts at an early stage, facilitate solutions in a solution-oriented manner and actively represent your own views in the process
• You take on organisational and administrative tasks in the day-to-day running of property management

• You have gained experience in property or tenancy management
• You are confident in using standard IT applications
• Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and a high degree of empathy when dealing with property owners and tenants set you apart
• you have a good command of spoken German and hold valid work permits
• You possess strong organisational skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach to your work
• The ability to work well in a team and to keep a clear overview even in challenging situations rounds off your profile
