• In this role, you will work with internal managers to draw up job specifications, draft job advertisements independently and select suitable recruitment channels
• You will learn and take responsibility for system-supported applicant management using the TalentLink IT tool, as well as candidate communication
• You will carry out a qualified pre-selection of suitable candidates (e.g. via telephone interview) in accordance with company-wide quality standards and work with the relevant department to drive a professional selection process
• You will guide the relevant departments and candidates through a smooth recruitment process, thereby ensuring an excellent customer and candidate experience
• As the central point of contact (m/f/d), you will act as the point of contact both internally and externally for all matters relating to the recruitment process

• A university degree, e.g. in economics or psychology (ideally with a specialisation in human resources), as well as the required vocational qualification, form the basis of your background
• You have already gained at least 3 years’ solid experience as a recruiter or HR consultant (m/f/d), ideally in a technical environment
• You’ll stand out with your expertise in targeting specific candidate groups (skilled workers, technicians, engineers) and in the professional application of appropriate interview and selection techniques
• Your profile includes a confident command of the latest recruitment techniques, trends and channels
• You are proficient in MS Office; ideally, you have some experience with applicant tracking systems
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You meet the requirements for VS-NfD security clearance at the start of your assignment, regardless of the status of your security vetting
• You are characterised by a confident manner, a strong service-oriented approach and a consultative mindset, enabling you to respond to different personalities and business requirements
• You possess excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to your work and flexibility
• You are resident in Germany and hold a valid residence permit; assignments are exclusively to EU or NATO member states
