• You will mainly apply your electrical engineering expertise in the office
• You will advise our customers on technical matters
• You will calculate and draw up quotations
• You will assess and process incoming customer enquiries from a technical perspective
• You will be responsible for the planning and coordination of orders
• You will allocate tasks to our fitters and coordinate their assignments
• You manage workflows in terms of both scheduling and technical aspects
• You are the first point of contact for staff with technical queries
• You maintain close contact with customers and suppliers
• You provide support with materials and resource planning

• You have successfully completed a master craftsman’s apprenticeship as an electrical engineer (m/f/d) or in a trade
• Ideally, you will already have gained experience in cost estimation and preparing quotations
• You have a good knowledge of electrical engineering
• You are confident using a PC and IT systems
• You have a good command of spoken German and hold valid work permits
• You hold a Class B driving licence
• You work independently and in a structured manner, and have strong organisational skills
• You are characterised by strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
