• You will coordinate requirements and service specifications with specialist departments and IT
• You will conduct tendering procedures and evaluate the bids received

• You have completed a vocational qualification as an Office Administration Assistant (m/f/d), Industrial Business Administrator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have a basic knowledge of the UVgO, VgV and GWB, as well as public procurement law
• Your knowledge of EVBIT contracts and software/licence procurement in the field of IT procurement
• Native-level German is a strong asset
