• In this role, you will independently prepare and process all necessary export and customs documents, thereby ensuring the smooth flow of goods across international borders
• You will liaise with international customers, service providers and authorities to clarify issues relating to customs and shipping regulations
• You will handle customs formalities using an IT-supported system, whilst taking into account the latest legal requirements
• You will monitor and check shipping processes and coordinate deliveries to ensure they are on time
• You will document and maintain customs and export-related data to ensure complete traceability

• A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship in freight forwarding and logistics services, or a comparable qualification, forms the basis of your role
• You have already gained relevant professional experience in export processing and customs procedures
• You’ll stand out with sound IT skills and confidence in using SAP and the Atlas system
• You have a good command of written and spoken German, and a valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
• Working during normal business hours without shift work, with flexible working hours, suits you
• You are a strong team player, reliable and meticulous in your work
• You are resident in Germany and hold a valid residence permit
