Your responsibilities

• you prepare individual parts and assemblies for powder coating by cleaning and degreasing them
• You apply powder coating evenly and in accordance with standards to the workpieces using a spray gun
• You check the coating thickness and surface quality of the coated parts
• You identify defects such as paint runs or insufficient coverage and rectify them through reworking
• You operate and monitor the powder coating systems and keep an eye on the process parameters
• You carry out maintenance and cleaning work on the coating plant and tools independently
• You check finished parts for dimensional accuracy and visual quality before releasing them for further processing

What we’re looking for

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a painter (m/f/d), vehicle painter (m/f/d) or surface coater (m/f/d)
• You have practical experience in painting and powder coating
• You are characterised by an independent and self-reliant approach to work
• Teamwork and commitment are among your strengths
• You are confident using a computer
• You have at least a basic spoken knowledge of German
• A valid work permit is required
