Your responsibilities

• You will operate and monitor the Homag HPP 380 panel cutting saw
• You will independently control the Bargstedt TLF 410 automatic panel storage system
• You prepare wood-based panels and store them using the automatic storage system
• You carry out cutting orders in accordance with production documents and optimisation plans
• You will check the cut components for dimensional accuracy and surface quality
• You will label the finished cuts and prepare them for further processing
• You will carry out simple maintenance, cleaning and upkeep tasks on the machinery
• You will report faults and assist in resolving them

What we’re looking for

• Initial experience in operating machinery or plant would be an advantage
• You have a technical understanding of, and an interest in, the control systems of automated storage and cutting systems
• A basic knowledge of German and a valid work permit are advantageous
• You must be available to work in a two-shift system, and in a three-shift system during periods of high workload
• You are characterised by reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
• You are a natural team player and communicate well with colleagues
