• You will be responsible for independently processing all purchase requisitions, price enquiries, binding orders and associated order confirmations as part of both day-to-day operational and strategic business activities
• you will also be responsible for conducting professional, targeted price and contract negotiations with international and national suppliers to secure the best possible terms
• You will also oversee the structured analysis and qualitative assessment of incoming quotations, as well as the timely monitoring of all relevant project milestones
• Consistent tracking of existing orders is also part of your varied remit, to ensure completely smooth and punctual project execution
• As part of your role, you will support proactive risk and claimsmanagement, as well as providing comprehensive support for assigned product groups in your role as a competent category buyer
• Finally, you will be responsible for active supplier management and will work closely with project management, the finance department and quality assurance

• You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics or Industrial Engineering, or hold a comparable commercial qualification
• you also have at least three years’ solid professional experience in international project procurement and commercial contract management
• you stand out thanks to your solid knowledge of standard MS Office applications and your proven experience working with SAP
• You have excellent command of German, both spoken and written, at native speaker level, as well as fluency in English
• Furthermore, you demonstrate a high degree of independence, strong negotiation skills and a keen enthusiasm for active teamwork and goal-oriented communication with
