• You will be the main point of contact for day-to-day business and will liaise closely with Customer Service to ensure products are available on time
• In the event of product shortages, you will coordinate customer orders in close consultation with the relevant departments
• You will coordinate product supply from related production sites
• You will carry out stock planning and ensure optimal stock levels for finished products
• You monitor delivery processes and ensure that agreed deadlines are met
• You prepare analyses and evaluations to optimise supply chains
• You maintain the relevant data and key performance indicators in the supply chain system and evaluate them regularly
• In the event of deviations in the delivery process, you initiate appropriate measures and communicate these to the relevant departments

• You have completed a vocational training programme as a

Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Clerk

(m/f/d), Industrial Business Administrator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification

• you have relevant professional experience in the field of supply chain management
• you are confident in using MS Office
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You are willing to work shifts
• Reliability, the ability to work as part of a team and a meticulous approach to your work round off your profile
