• You will independently process and post all business transactions, with a focus on accounts payable and general ledger accounting
• You will check and allocate incoming invoices to the correct accounts, and post day-to-day business transactions as well as travel expense claims
• You will be responsible for fixed asset accounting, including acquisitions, disposals and depreciation
• You will carry out and monitor account reconciliations, as well as resolve outstanding items
• You will play an active role in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• You will support accounts receivable and bank accounting
• You will reliably prepare and process statistical reports
• You will provide expert support during financial and tax audits
• You will contribute to the introduction and further development of digital and automated booking and invoicing processes

• You have successfully completed a vocational qualification, e.g. as a tax clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or office administrator (m/f/d), and have undertaken further training in bookkeeping
• You possess analytical thinking skills and a good grasp of numbers
• Discretion when handling sensitive data is second nature to you
• You impress with your sense of responsibility and ability to work as part of a team
• You are characterised by a meticulous, independent and structured approach to your work
