Building Services Engineer (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the operation, maintenance and repair of technical building systems such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems
• You will monitor the building services and reliably rectify any faults that arise
• You’ll carry out inspection and testing tasks independently
• You’ll coordinate and supervise external service providers and tradespeople during their on-site assignments
• You’ll carefully document all maintenance and repair work carried out
• You ensure operational safety and ensure compliance with legal regulations
• You optimise energy consumption and the technical processes of the building services

What we are looking for

• You have completed technical training as a plant mechanic (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or electronics technician (m/f/d) specialising in building services engineering, ideally supplemented by several years’ professional experience
• Experience with control and regulation technology, as well as a basic understanding of electrical engineering, will be an advantage
• Knowledge of heating, air conditioning, ventilation and plumbing systems is an asset
• Basic knowledge of building automation is desirable
• You are familiar with health and safety regulations and technical standards
• You are fluent in German; knowledge of English is an advantage
• You hold a Class B driving licence
• You are interested in technical concepts and enjoy familiarising yourself with new plant and systems
• A valid work permit rounds off your profile
