Electronics technicians with expertise in safety lighting

Your responsibilities

• you will identify and rectify faults in emergency lighting systems, control cabinets, batteries and emergency power generators
• You will professionally repair faults in emergency lighting and associated components on site
• You will carry out maintenance and servicing work on emergency lighting, control cabinets, batteries and emergency generators
• Regular inspections and functional tests of emergency lighting systems form part of your duties
• You will replace faulty parts, batteries and electronic components
• You will check and maintain switchboards and electrical systems to ensure they are in perfect working order
• You will document the work carried out carefully and in a clear manner
• Occasionally, you will undertake assignments involving installation work requiring an overnight stay

What we’re looking for

• You have completed vocational training as an electronics technician (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You must have sound knowledge and experience in the field of safety lighting
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German
• You are available to work shifts
• Occasional willingness to work night shifts and undertake installation assignments involving overnight stays is desirable
• A Class B driving licence is essential
• You are physically fit
• You are highly reliable and able to work independently
