• You will be the first point of contact for customers in the area of series production and will process their orders
• You will determine delivery dates independently and coordinate them with the production department
• You will be responsible for production management and ensuring the smooth running of mass-production orders
• You will prepare order-related documents reliably and meticulously
• You will maintain contact with customers by telephone and in writing and clarify any queries
• You will record and maintain planned requirement figures in the system
• You will process credit notes and handle complaints
• Managing consignment stock is also part of your role
• You will document order and stock levels and keep them up to date at all times
• Where necessary, you will communicate with international customers in English

• You have completed a vocational qualification as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• Alternatively, you have several years’ professional experience and in-depth knowledge of production control
• You are confident in using MS Office
• You have a strong command of written and spoken German and English
• Reliability, the ability to work as part of a team and a meticulous approach to your work round off your profile
