Job description

  • You will be responsible for carrying out the monthly payroll processing independently using Sage, whilst taking into account all statutory, collective agreement and employment contract provisions
  • You will also be responsible for the accurate processing of specific payroll matters such as partial retirement, short-time working and the company’s occupational pension scheme
  • Furthermore, you will oversee the HR-related aspects of the monthly and annual financial statements and work closely with Finance on payment instructions and account reconciliations
  • Your responsibilities also include the further development of HR reporting and the preparation of relevant HR key performance indicators for HR budget planning
